Tokyo is the capital of Japan and one of the most populated cities in the world. Tourists from the UK which are mostly cosmopolitan, followers and high street usually go on a single centre holiday when going to Tokyo because of the far distance. This means that  they get a plane to the city and stay at this destination over their holiday. Tokyo has got a lot of attractions to offer such as Disneyland which is a great attraction for the whole family, where the customers also have the opportunity to stay in one of the exclusive Disneyland accommodations. During their stay they also have opportunities to go to other nearby attractions such as the Tokyo Tower which has a wide range of museums, restaurants and shops. For more adventurous people a touring holiday might be more of a motivation to go to japan. Virgin holidays offers an 11 day tour that starts and circulates back to Tokyo, travelling to Tokyo the booming modern capital of japan and seeing the famous globes 12th to modern century structures, enjoying traditional food, seeing the beautiful Nikko and Kegon waterfalls and visiting the Asakusa Kannon Buddhist Temple. Next you will visit Hiroshima and  Miyajima island  where you can visit the Itsukushima shrine with its famous floating Tori gate. Finally back to  Tokyo  for a final day of exploring. One of the most popular attractions in Tokyo to visit is the Ueno zoo one of the oldest zoos in japan. Before finally returning home on the 11th day .

Sydney being the largest city in Australia with over 3.5million in its growing population it has become a massively popular tourist destination. Home to the world famous Sydney Opera houses that  is host to a variety of outstanding theatre performances  bringing in an exceptional amount of culture into this  unique coastal city companies such as the royal ballet and the Australian world band have been showcased throughout the years. One of the holidays that can be taken is a cruise that sets of in Southport (England) and ends after 46 nights in Sydney Harbour. Passing and stopping in the Caribbean islands of Barbados and Aruba with a day long transit in the Panama Canal and Huatulco with its 36 golden sand beaches. Then sailing past the Golden gate bridge you will then have two days to explore the fascinating city of San Francisco. After this you will travel towards the beautiful Hawaiian islands  then after a few more days you will reach the equally beautiful Samoan islands. Your final destination before you reach Sydney is a couple of days stop in new Zealand before the final leg of the journey to Sydney harbour. Cairo Tower, Africa

Cairo, a city rich with ancient history is also home to Cairo tower. A short break holiday would be good for someone wanting to discover this culture rich city. The tower could be the main focus in this break. The tower at night is meant to give a spectacular  360 degree view  of the whole of Cairo and even a view of the Nile and two pyramids. There is also a rotating restaurant that is part of the tower which can be a brilliant experience.  Visiting friends and family (VFR)  for example a family member birthday could be held around in this area or even in the tower itself. The tower is situated near the famous  Cairo museum which is home to one of the largest  Egyptian and ancient  historical collections in the world. This could also be another reason for a historian to visit this city.

Sacred Valley, South America

Sacred valley is  a very historical place that is rich in culture  this is a brilliant place for  people who are up for volunteer work. The Sacred Valley Project offers a 3 month  volunteering getaway in Ollantaytambo which includes low costs, accommodation and additional Spanish lessons. Applicants must be over 21 and express an interest in the culture and education. Machu Picchu is also a massively popular historical site that can bring in many holiday goers especially discoverers, historical or spiritual  interested people who hope to find something within the ancient Inca and Aztec ruins. The sacred river or Urumba river, another popular tourist destination created the sacred valley and it was and is the very life force of the entire valley and it was at one point a place of great wealth due to the maize production.
